Room to Exhale, is a growing business that has gone from strength to strength. We deliver a variety of workshops and training including coaching, MHFA training, personal development and stress management training to assist with the prevention of employee absenteeism and improve retention.
We provide training to frontline, health and social care professional as we understand the fast pace, high pressured working environments and therefore create bespoke training packages to suit the requirement of the organisation or individuals.

About me
Introducing Melanie a wellbeing advocate and founder of Room to Exhale. I have worked in the NHS for over 20 years and have a passion for wellbeing especially organisational wellbeing. As a burnout prevention/recovery specialist We provide organisation's with bespoke wellbeing solutions to decrease employee absenteeism and promote retention using techniques including transformational coaching, resilience development training, workplace mental health & coaching

Room to Exhale was founded by Melanie Alveranga, as a subject mater expert (SME) the passion and lived experience led to creating a space for one to come together have non-judgmental conversations regarding mental wellness and work-life-balance in the workplace for the workforce and individuals alike.
